What are dietary supplements?
👉 Dietary supplements include any products taken by mouth that contain a “dietary ingredient” intended to supplement the diet.
This includes vitamins, minerals, herbs, botanicals and amino acids as well as concentrates, metabolites, constituents and
extracts of these substances. Dietary supplements are not classified as or considered to be drugs.

👉 Dietary supplements may not be totally risk free under all circumstances. Some supplements can interact with
over-the-counter or prescription medications or have unwanted effects during surgery, while others may contain active
ingredients that can cause adverse reactions in some people. NSF encourages people to contact their health care provider prior
to taking a dietary supplement.
I Have Received Someone Else’s Order- What Should I Do?
👉 In the unlikely event there has been an error and you’ve received someone else’s order please contact us on 020 30265895 and ensure you have the pack(s) with you so we can find out the order reference that is printed on each pack.
How Do I Return or Exchange a Product?
👉 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we offer a ‘no quibble’ refund or exchange for your item.
To do so please:
1. Enclose a brief note explaining the reason for return and the item you wish to exchange these with. Also payment if any
difference in cost.
2. Cross out your name and address (leaving visible)
3. Write “FREEPOST Herbal Treasures” on the box.
4. Take the parcel to the Post Office to return to us free of charge.
Please inform us if you experience problems doing so and we will send free post labels.

How Do I Cancel or Amend My Order?
👉 All orders will be dispatched within 6 to 10 working days selected delivery supplier, If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact our call centre immediately on 1 (800) 914 4553 (Open from 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week) we cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is dispatched.
If you have placed an order in error and we cannot stop it being dispatched, we will of course arrange a free-return and refund for any unwanted product(s)
How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
👉 If you have moved house or wish to send your order to a different address, you can supply and save new address details during checkout on your order.
If you would like to check or amend address details in between placing orders, you can do so via your account area. Simply log-in via the link at the top of any page and select ‘My Saved Addresses’
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
👉 All UK orders placed before 11am are normally delivered into the UK Royal Mail system the next working day, however we ask that you allow 7 to 10 working days for the product to be delivered to your door in case of any delays that may occur within Royal Mail.
99.2% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed by your selected delivery supplier. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday your order is generally dispatched by your selected delivery supplier the next working day.
All other orders placed before 11am are normally delivered into the mail system for the appropriate country; Europe please allow up to 21 days for delivery and for the rest of the world up to 28 days.
How Do I Change My Contact Details?
👉 Once logged in you can amend your contact details. Click on “My Account” at the top of the page:
This will take you to your account page, from here click on “Personal Details”. You can change your name, email address or password within personal details.
If you want to change your billing address and delivery address(s) click on “Address Book”
